Artemio Vintage Collective is not responsible for shipments stolen or returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If a package is returned to us, we will arrange for it to be shipped out to the correct address at the buyers expense.

Artemio Vintage Collective is not responsible for stolen packages that indicate delivered by carrier.

• If your order arrives damaged, please send photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your package to: artemiovintagecollective@gmail.com
• Please be aware that a refunds for damaged items will not be accommodated beyond the 48 hour period.

• All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of the products, apparel, vintage bike frames, and components are non-refundable.
• However, if an item arrives defective or not as described, please contact me as soon as possible.
